What can I order at Sumondo?

As an individual consumer, you can order the Sumondo wristband and a license to be able to use the premium version of the Sumondo mobile application. The premium version of the mobile application gives you the possibility to both monitor your stress level and perform mindfulness exercises. The free version of Sumondo mobile application gives you the possibility to perform mindfulness exercises, but you cannot monitor your stress level. The Sumondo wristband can be bought in our webshop: The subscription plans for the license can be found on At Sumondo you can buy a subscription for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. The monthly cost of your subscription depends on the type of subscription you buy and will be cheaper when you purchase a longer subscription. You will be charged the full amount of your subscription at the time you purchase the subscription.

For enterprises, Sumondo has subscription plans for the use of Sumondo Pro. Sumondo Pro is Sumondo’s corporate stress management package that consists of licences for the use of the mobile application by the employees of your organisation, as well as a dashboard for employers to monitor their employee’s well-being in a certain department or the entire organisation (to respect the employee’s privacy, this can not be done on an individual level). How does my order take place?

When you order at, your order goes through 3 steps, which are specified below. The status of your order will be sent you through email at any time.

Step 1: We received your order
You receive an order confirmation. You are not yet debited.

Step 2: Confirm your order
Your item is available, and we are preparing for your shipment. Your account is then debited.

Step 3: We ship your order
We send you an e-mail confirming shipping with a tracking number.

What payment methods can I use to order at Sumondo?

You can pay either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Danish credit card), Mobile Pay or by PayPal.

How can I cancel my subscription?

At Sumondo you can buy a subscription for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. The monthly cost of your subscription depends on the type of subscription you buy and will be cheaper when you purchase a longer subscription. When your subscription term has ended, your subscription will not be automatically renewed.

When you buy a subscription for 3 months or more, but want to cancel your subscription before the subscription term has ended, you can send an e-mail to and we will cancel your subscription.

If you cancel your subscription early, you will be refunded. However, we will charge you the regular monthly rate of 99 DKK per month that you used the subscription instead of the discounted monthly price of your 3, 6, or 12 month subscription. What you will be refunded is therefore the price you paid for your subscription, minus the costs you made for the months that you did use the subscription (e.g. if you bought a 6 month subscription of 300 DKK and you cancel after two months, you will be charged 2 times 99 DKK (= 198 DKK) for those two months and will receive a refund of 300 DKK – 198 DKK = 102 DKK). You will not receive a refund if the costs you made for the months that you did use the subscription is higher than your initial subscription costs (e.g. if you have purchased a 1 year subscription which costs 500 DKK and you cancel after 7 months you will not receive a refund because your new costs for the use of the license for 7 months (which is 7*99DKK = 693 DKK) is higher than the initial costs for your 1 year subscription.

Where can I download the Sumondo mobile application?

The Sumondo mobile application can be downloaded in the app store of iOS devices and in the google play store of Android devices.

Do I always have to have my Bluetooth on for the Sumondo mobile application to work?

A Bluetooth connection is always required for stress measurements. If there is no Bluetooth connection, the mobile application cannot receive data from the wearable device, which is needed to calculate your stress level.

No Bluetooth connection is required to relieve your stress by performing the mindfulness exercises that are integrated in the mobile application.

Can I use the Sumondo mobile application without wi-fi?

Yes. The mobile application can be used without wi-fi. Both the stress measurements and the mindfulness exercises can be performed without an internet connection. The data from the stress measurements will then be stored locally until an internet connection is available, after which the data will be transferred to a server database.

What kind of data does the Sumondo mobile application show me?

The Sumondo mobile application shows you your current stress level after each stress measurement. You can also view data on your stress history, i.e., the data of your previous measurements. Your stress history is presented both in table form and visualised in a stress history graph.

You can also view the progress you are making with the mindfulness exercises within the application. There are different levels for the mindfulness exercises and by doing the exercises you can progress to the next level.

Lastly, the Sumondo mobile application also displays your heart rate.

What wearable devices can I use with the Sumondo mobile application?:

All wristbands/watches from Garmin that have the possibility to measure HRV and transfer this data via Bluetooth, are compatible with Sumondo Plus. These include the following devices:
